This is the most important reason to write. Send the link to the guide and the passage that is wrong or out of date. If you have a source for the correct information, include it: it speeds things up.

Have a style question we have not answered? Tell us. The best guides start from real questions.

Questions about your own garment

We can explain a general rule, like how to wash a fabric or what a dress code means. We cannot judge a specific garment we have not seen or promise how it will react to a wash: for that, the care label and the retailer’s customer service are your best bet.

Privacy requests

Requests about your personal data, including access, deletion and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information, can go to privacy@thestylesync.com. Details are in our privacy policy.

Advertising and partnerships

Proposals can go to the main address. Worth knowing first: we do not publish paid articles, we do not recommend branded products, and ads are always kept separate from editorial content.

Scams using our name

The Style Sync does not sell clothing, run giveaways or ask for payment or card details. If anyone offers you free items in our name and asks for a shipping fee, it is a scam. Let us know, and report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
