These terms apply to anyone using The Style Sync (thestylesync.com), published by EGITEK TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 50.887.179/0001-19). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What the site is

The Style Sync publishes content about style, fit and clothing care. Our guides offer general information and do not replace a garment’s care label, the manufacturer’s instructions or advice from a retailer, tailor or dry cleaner. We do not sell products or broker purchases.

2. Using our advice

Care instructions follow the general rules for each fabric. A specific garment may have a finish, dye or fiber blend that changes the care it needs: when the label says otherwise, follow the label. We are not responsible for damage to garments cared for differently from what their label indicates.

3. Intellectual property

Text, images, interactive blocks and site design belong to The Style Sync or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links and quote short excerpts with credit and a link to the guide. Reproducing full guides, copying images or republishing our content elsewhere requires written permission.

4. Third-party links and ads

The site shows ads and may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, overload our servers, scrape content at scale by automated means without permission, or use The Style Sync’s name to mislead others.

6. Scams

The Style Sync does not sell clothing, run giveaways or ask for payment or card details. Any such offer made in our name is fraudulent.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the completeness of its content and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
